22 Years for the US Capitol Attack

22 Years for the US Capitol Attack

Enrique Tarrio, a  leader of the American, far-right organisation, known as The Proud Boys (exclusively, male) was given 22 years in prison, the stiffest penalty yet related to the Capitol attack.
Until now, the longest prison term connected to the 6th. January  violence, had been 18 years. That sentence was issued last week to Ethan Nordean, one of Tarrio’s co-defendants.

They are now – ex-leaders!

P.S.

Since the 6th. January riot  there have been – a total of :

1,033    arrests

485     criminal trials

277 custodial sentences – ranging from  60  days -to now, 22 years.
